How can I sell my items with Never Ender?
Please refer to our "Consignment Info" page to learn all about working with us.

I submitted info and photos of my items and never heard back?
Since we get so many submissions, time only permits us to respond to artists whom we'd like to work with at that time. We keep all submissions on file so you may hear from us at a later date.

Do you still have art shows like you did at your gallery in Reno?
Yes, we will be having remote art shows whenever we can. We also will be holding the 8th annual "Art on the Lawn" art fair in July. Join our email list to learn more about art opportunities.

Also we will be selling artwork on the website with no theme or medium requirements. You can send us photos of any new work you have that you are interested in selling online with us. Please submit as described on the "Consignment Info" page.

How long do items take to reach me once I order?
We ship orders either DHL express or USPS (depending on weight) within a day or two of receiving them, so depending on where you live it will take as soon as 2 days up to 5 days.

What is your return policy?
Being that most of our items are one-of-a-kind or made in very small batches, we are unable to return items. We try to make shopping online as easy and accurate as possible with our sizing specifications and photos. If you ordered the wrong size we will do what we can to exchange your item as long as we have the correct size in stock. If the item is not in stock the only other option is to exchange the item for another item by the same artist, of the same price. We can't exchange artwork. If we make a mistake and ship you the wrong item, we will of course do what we can to fix the issue. You must contact us within 2 days with any of the above issues.
