Payment:
We use Paypal checkout and are able to take Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit/debit cards. You can also pay via Paypal or E-checks. Our checkout is safe as it is SSL protected.
Shipping:
We ship USPS anywhere in the US. Currently we don't have our website set up for international orders, but email us and we can put the order together for you and send you a Paypal money request.
All domestic orders will usually ship within 2 days and take 2-5 business days in transit.
If you'd like insurance or signature required please say so in the notes section of check out so I can add it to your shipping charges.
If a package is lost or damaged please contact us as soon as possible.
We offer FREE shipping on domestic orders over $50.
Reno Area Orders:
Live in the Reno
area, we will personally deliver your package to you for FREE!
Just use the coupon code "Reno" in the checkout process. We will contact you via email as to when and where we should leave your package. *If you don't use the code you will be charged for shipping and therefore your package will ship.
Gifts:
Are you buying a gift? Would you like us to wrap it, write a card and ship it directly to them?
No problem! We can do all of those things for no additional charge. Please let us know the shipping address and what your card needs to say by sending us an email as soon as you place your order.
Returns/Exchanges:
Being that most of our items are one-of-a-kind or made in very small batches, we are unable to return items. We try to make shopping online as easy and accurate as possible with our descriptions and photos. If you ordered the wrong size we will do what we can to exchange your item as long as we have the correct size in stock, (you will be responsible for all shipping charges). If the item is not in stock, the only other option we can offer is to exchange the item for another item by the same artist, of the same price. All artwork sales are final.
If we make a mistake and ship you the wrong item, we will of course do what we can to fix the issue. You must contact us via email within 2 days of receiving your package with any of the above issues.

Privacy Policy:
We promise to never share or sell your information, nor do we add you to our email list unless you ask us to. We always hide email addresses on our emails so people can't steal them. We would appreciate the same courtesy from our friends, so please don't share our email with anyone or add us to your email list without asking us first.
